Los Yelpers de Madrid disfrutan de una rave poética

El pasado martes, más de treinta Yelpers estaban invitados a una rave poética. Una fiesta en la que no solo se alimentaría el estómago, sino que también se cultivaría el espíritu. El Dinosaurio era el encargado de acoger semejante congregación, y los Yelpers tuvieron la oportunidad de emparejar las delicias de la cocina con las increíbles Cervezas Enigma, elaboradas en Alcalá de Henares. Según avanzó la tarde, mano a mano, Darío fue explicando los entresijos de los platos que presentó (tataki de atún rojo, cazón en adobo con mayonesa wasabi, mousse de setas y foie con huevo y ragout de ciervo y jabalí) y Miguel fue explicando los pormenores de cada una de las Cervezas Enigma escogidas para la ocasión (Premium Ale, Complvtvm y Origen). De postre, no solo unas magníficas tartas de zanahoria y chocolate, sino también un recital poético que arrancó los aplausos más sinceros de todos los Yelpers. ¿Quieres saber más? Last Tuesday, more than thirty Yelpers were invited to a poetic rave. A party designed not only to feed the stomach, but also the spirit. El Dinosaurio was in charge of hosting this gathering, and Yelpers had the chance to pair the amazing food with the tasty Cervezas Enigma, which are actually made in Alcalá de Henares. As the party was rolling, Darío explained everything related to the food, (red tuna tataki, fried dogfish with wasabi mayo, mushrooms mousse with foie and egg and deer and wild boar ragout with home mage pasta); while Miguel explained the details of the Cervezas Enigma selected for the occasion (Premium Ale, Complvtvm and Origen).
