Come hungry! That’s what we told the Yelp Rochester Elites when we invited them to our March Elite Event at Victor’s newest addition, Smashburger. The team pulled out all the stops, providing tastings of five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, hand-spun milkshakes, and endless sides of fries. The team entertained us and educated us on their menu, while giving us a behind the scenes look at the fresh new space. Not only did we get a preview before the business opened, but the staff also shared their stories — where they got their start and where they’re headed. We’re still stuffed!
