日曜日の気持ちのいい午前中,天神のとあるビルの屋上にフィットネス大好きな福岡エリートが集まり,新感覚エクササイズ,ヘイロビクスを楽しんだよ！ヘイロビクスは,有酸素運動・筋肉トレーニング・ダンスの3つを楽しく行うエクササイズ！そして今回は,なんとビルの屋上で開催しました！ヘイロビクスジャパン特製,デトックスウォーターボトルに,みんなでフルーツや野菜を入れて,デトックスウォーター作りを楽しみ,エクササイズの後に美味しく飲みました！ヘイロビクスはなかなかハードでしたが,音楽に合わせて体を動かすので,楽しく行えました！エクササイズ後はSon of a Sandwichさんのベジタリアンサンドイッチをみんなで美味しくいただきました！

Fukuoka Elites who love fitness enjoyed the new exercise called “Heyrobics” on the rooftop of a building in Tenjin. Heyrobics is a dynamic workout that combines cardio, dance, strength training, and fun! Every workout is different, and is set to music that keeps you moving. We also enjoyed making infused waters from fresh fruits and veggies. After the exercise, we had delicious and nutritious vegetarian sandwiches from Son of a Sandwich. We all had the best FunDay Sunday !
